Located inside the Limelight Hotel, Colorado’s tallest climbing wall rises five stories against glass windows for all the onlookers. Open daily 12 – 7 PM.
SBV’s community hub for all things arts, culture, fun and games, The Collective is home to the Game Lounge, the artistic arcade of your kids’ dreams, filled from floor to ceiling with custom artwork, murals, a 130,000-ball ball pool replicating Zeigler Reservoir, vintage games and a music mural you can play with your hands. It’s also home to new restaurant concept mix6, from famed Aspen chef Martin Oswald, serving delicious, fresh dishes made from mostly local ingredients, and MoxiBar full-service beer, wine and cocktail lounge.
Dining and Shopping
The Crêpe Shack and Sundae, SBV’s two boutique treat shops, serve up sweet and savory crepes and handmade ice cream, respectively. A short stroll to the Viceroy Hotel opens new dining doors with Toro’s upscale-rustic Latin American cuisine and delicious bites at the poolside swim-up bar, NEST. Celebrate the end of a perfect day on the mountain with après anything at the Limelight Lounge, where you can enjoy wood-fired pizzas, cocktails, beer, wine and live music every day. Next summer, Aspen’s famed sushi restaurant Kenichi will be adding a location in SBV. There’s also shopping throughout the village, including Eye Pieces of Snowmass luxury eyewear, Straight Line Studio art gallery, outdoor retailers, gear rentals, artisan grocers and more.
